Quarto ( 8.5 x 11 inches), (vi) + 10 +(ii)pp. Flexible clear plastic front cover over printed paper cover sheet, plain blue plastic rear cover, secured together with a blue plastic back strip. SIGNED on the title-page "Lotte Lieb Sr Iahan" - that is the name and magical name of the co-publisher of the book, Lotte Lieb, who at that time ran Stellar Visions with well-known OTO figure Ebony Anpu. The text is a typeset version of "Liber DCLXXI vel Pyramidos; A Ritual of Self Initiation based upon the Formula of the Neophyte." A little discoloration to upper margins of last few leaves, and general signs of modest use. Still a tight, unmarked VG+ copy. Item #63157
