A series of lectures on physiology, with a particular emphasis on anaesthetics, delivered at the University of California, Berkeley, Cal., in 1909 by Augustus D. Waller, the renowned London physiologist, who was the first to record the human EKG and is credited with introducing the term 'electrocardiogram' into science. Cloth faintly discoloured, corners lightly bumped and rubbed, spine ends lightly chafed, endpapers unevenly browned, owner's name on front endpaper. Stil - a sound and unmarked better than VG copy.
