From the library of Helen Parsons Smith, housed in the distinctive custom cloth folder of the type that she commissioned for the ephemeral or fragile items in her collection: blue cloth covered boards with gilt "Liber II" on spine. Helen Parsons Smith (Soror Grimaud: 1910 - 2003), was well known as the ex-wife of Jack Parsons, widow of W. T. Smith, and long time member of Agape Lodge of the O.T.O., and as a bookseller and Crowley publisher. More recently from the collection of the publisher, English bibliophile and Aleister Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper (1942-2011), with his book-label tipped in at the rear. The copy of Liber II is a little bit dusty, but otherwise VG+. The cloth of the folder has some light shelf-wear and a few faint spots, but is otherwise near-Fine. Item #39800
