Reminisences by Jacob, an English author, actress and broadcaster. They include a scathing reference to Aleister Crowley, although it doesn't seem as if the author actually knew him. From the collection of English bibliophile and Aleister Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper, with his pencilled ownership inscription on the front free endpaper. Spine leaned, boards slightly marked & bumped in places, page-edges foxed, foxing throughout, otherwise a solid near-VG copy in Good+ dust jacket (dust jacket rubbed & slightly discolored, large top-edge piece torn from back panel which has been replaced by white paper piece taped to verso, several other tape-repairs on verso).
