A well written and researched work which posits that the legends of Atlantis had their root in the eruption of the Thera volcano in the Southern Aegean Sea and the consequent destruction of a major centre of Minoan civilization. Spine ends, gutters, and cloth on lower board a little rubbed and faded. Otherwise, a tight and bright VG copy in VG dust jacket.
