[ Excerpt A - from the Catalogue ] Society for the Propagation of Religious Truth. Boleskine, Foyers, Inverness. The Works of Mr. Aleister Crowley.

London: ( Society for the Propagation of Religious Truth ), ND (ca. 1910). Disbound / unbound publisher's catalogue. Octavo. 12pp. Twelve pages giving detailed listings of publications of Aleister Crowley including: "Aceldama", "The Tale of Archais", "Songs of the Spirit", "Jezebel", "An Appeal to the American Public", "Jephthah", "The Mother's Tragedy", " The Soul of Osiris", "Carmen Sæculare", "Tannhäuser", "Berashith", "Ahab", "The God-Eater", "The Sword of Song", "The Star and the Garter", "The Argonauts", "Why Jesus Wept", "Alice an Adultery", and "The Goetia, of the Lemegeton of King Solomon." The first leaf has "Excerpt A - from the Catalogue / Society for the Propagation of / Religious Truth / [etc.] At first glance this catalogue appears to have been produced to be bound into the back of one of Crowley's publications, but we have seen other examples that were secured together by a single staple in the middle of the spine suggesting suggesting that at least some were separately as unbound booklets, rather than being bound in to another publication. The leaves are all detached - no longer conjoined - all edges lightly chipped, and a little browned. Otherwise an about VG example of a rare ephemeral item. Item #55936
