Item #56065 The Fun of the Fair. Aleister CROWLEY, Louis Marlowe.

The Fun of the Fair.

(London): NP, ND (Circa 1970). First edition thus. Softcover. Large octavo. viii + 24pp. Grey stapled wrappers with white lettering to upper cover. The Fun of the Fair is Crowley's reminiscences - in verse - of the bawdy spectacle of the great festival at Nijni Novgorod (Russia) he visited in 1913. Its first separate publication was in 1942 in an edition of 200 copies - this is a facsimile of that edition, published anonymously, probably in London around 1970. A little light bumping and creasing to corners - but still a clean VG+ copy. Item #56065
