Textbook of Astrology. The Munich Rhythm Theory, Vols. I, II, III ( 3 Volumes, complete ) [ Munich Rythm Theorie ].

Munich: Munich Rhythm Theory Press, 1984, 1985. First English language edition. Softcover. Octavo, 460pp + 456pp + 436pp. Original printed wrappers, b&w illustrations. Text in ENGLISH. The first English language edition of this work first published in German as "Astrologisches Lehr- und Übungsbuch." German astrologer Wolfgang Döbereiner developed the Munich Rhythm Theory (of Astrology) which he taught mainly by lecture to a small number of students. The "theory" is a self-contained astrological system comprised of: A definition of four quadrants and the circle of houses, a method of interpretation based on the distinction between endowment and behavior; rhythmic release and frequency charts and the concepts and definitions inherent to the system. The recorded lectures were transcribed and published privately by Döbereiner first in German and then translated into English as are these three volumes which describe his central teachings fully and are quite scarce. Wrappers lightly rubbed and a little darkened, pages edges darkened, paper lightly toned - otherwise a tight, clean VG+ copy. Quite scarce in English translation. Item #57300
