'Initiation into Hermetics' was originally published in German as 'Der Weg zum wahren Adepten' in 1956. In it Bardon takes a description of a single tarot card as the starting point for a discourse on theoretical and practical magical exercises designed to expand the occult abilities and spiritual horizons of the student. Corners bumped, sharp bump to upper edge of top board, page edges darkened and thumbed, damp mark to lower page edge at inner margin, underlining and notes throughout, owner's address label on front pastedown. Although not marked as such, this volume is from the collection of occult scholar and author, Stephen Skinner.
