The first book of Agrippa's "Three Books of Occult Philosophy" with various supplementary material including an appendix entitled "The Magic Mirror: A Message To All Mystics Containing Full Instructions on its Make and Use. Although not marked as such, this volume is from the collection of occult scholar and author, Stephen Skinner. Before that from the library of The School of Practical Psychology of London with some ink stamps. Cloth rubbed, darkened & discoloured, all extremities bumped and chafed, newer endpapers have been somewhat crudely attached to the originals, binding a little shaken but still fairly solid, page edges darkened and thumbed, owners inkstamp on front endpaper, pages browned, some scattered pencil marks. Overall an unmarked and serviceable Reading copy of this scarce edition. As is. Item #57611
