A black and white poster advertising the exhibition of the work of Austin Osman Spare which was held at the Taranman Gallery of London, in September 1974. Arguably the first significant posthumous exhibition of Spare's work. The poster reproduces the self-portrait of Spare next to a kneeling female nude grotesque that was published in "A Book of Automatic Drawing" which was released at around the same time as the exhibition. A little creasing to the edges, light folds from having been rolled (should flatten out over time) small finger-print sized discolored spot to upper right margin, still VG + condition and most unusual.
