This greatly expanded edition of a work first published in 1964 comprises three essays: 'Magic in East and West,' 'The Art of Magic,' and 'The Meaning of Magic.' in which Israel Regardie respectively gives a practical outline of the principle methods of Golden Dawn-style magic, examines teachings regarding the Tattvas and the Qabalah, and draws parallels with Jungian psychology. Light bruising to spine ends and corners, page edges very slightly darkened. Overall a tight, VG+ copy in near VG dust jacket (Dust jacket faded and discoloured at spine, price clipped, edges lightly chafed). Item #58698
