A "how to" guide by Regardie that was first published in 1937. Regardie had joined the Golden Dawn offshoot the Stella Matutina a few years before writing the original edition of this book, and was known to be one of a small circle within the group (including Dion Fortune) who had a particular interest in healing. Although perhaps not directly related, it seems likely that his experiences with them must have informed this text. Spine ends & corners lightly bruised and chafed, edges of boards faded and chafed, pages toned, otherwise a tight, unmarked VG+ copy in VG dust jacket. (Dust jacket a bit darkened, all edges and extremities lightly rubbed and creased, a little chipping to spine ends and corners, not clipped). Item #58704
