SIGNED by Poke Runyon on the title-page. Comprises a revised version of the previously unpublished "Seasonal Ceremonies of the Ordo Templi Astartes" and revised versions of the author's editorials from "The Seventh Ray" (1974 & 1975). In addition to an introduction, the rituals, etc. the book contains an essay "Religious Experience in a Modern Magical Order" by Robert S. Ellwood, Jr. "The Order of the Temple of Astarte: A Female Perspective" by Soror Astrea, and a novella by Runyon, "Prince Aqhat and the Magick Bow," a retelling of the pre-Biblical epic Aqhat. NOTE, this is the original 1998 First Printing - not the 2004 reprint with which many sellers seem to confuse it. According to a notice by the Order this 1998 first edition was printed "in a very limited quantity primarily for Church and Order members" and is thus quite uncommon.
