The author (pseud. of Hugh George Callaway: 1885-1949), gives a detailed, first-hand account of his astral travels, and describes the techniques used. He cites various authorities in the process, including Aleister Crowley, whose own magical record, as published in "The Equinox," is briefly quoted.
