The introduction refers to an edition of 100 copies sealed and with a colour plate, and "an unspecified number of bare issues." As this has no number or seal, it is presumably one of the "bare issues." Most of the content appears to be written by Biroco, and is focussed on the London chaos magick scene, critiques of Thelema, etc. although it includes an essay on Anarchism by Hakim Bey.
