Small quarto. xii + 288 pp. Original red cloth with gilt title, etc. to spine, b&w illustrations. Artist Executant: Frieda Harris. The K@shmarin Press edition of Crowley's masterwork on the tarot. It was published in 1969 - the same year as the first Weiser printing of the book - in an edition supposedly limited to 2000 numbered copies. However given its comparative scarcity it is hard to believe that such a large number of copies were actually produced. Most copies seen are unnumbered. Unusually this copy is numbered, bearing the number "175." Cloth very slightly rubbed and darkened with a few light marks, two small snags in cloth near title on spine, corners and spine ends lightly bumped and rubbed, pages edges and endpapers darkened and foxed, owner's blind seal on front blank, notes on rear blank endpaper. Still a solid, and otherwise unmarked VG copy (no dust jacket). Item #60273
