"A philosophic exposition of the intrinsic character of Freemasonry, the meaning of Initiation and the religious aspect of the Order" in a series of essays by Walter Leslie Wilmshurst (1867 – 1939), an English Freemason who wrote a number of books on the subject, and submitted articles to "The Occult Review" magazine. Light chafing to spine ends and points, page edges a bit darkened and lightly foxed, endpapers unevenly browned, else a tight bright near Fine copy in VG dust jacket (some chafing and light chipping to all edges and extremities, not clipped).
