Agapé. A Quarterly Occult Review. Volume 1, No. 2 [ Agapé. The Occult Review / Agapé. An Occult Review].

Bath: Agapé, 1972. First Edition. Softcover. Small Ocatvo. 60 pp. Stapled in original printed wrappers. Despite being designated issue No. 2 this is actually the first issue (out of a total of seven published) of Agapé, an independent but Thelemically-inclined occult journal from England in the 1970s (in an act of wilful eccentricity there was no issue No. 1). This issue comprises an Editorial, an essay "The Qabalah" by J.F.C. Fuller; an essay "Varieties of Astral Experience" by Edward Kelly; "The Ordeal" (an extract from "Zanoni") by E. Bulwer Lytton and a selection of book reviews. Cheap fanzine type production values. A little light wear to the wrappers and some minor creasing to the pages. Still a tight, better-than VG copy.
