NP [ Seattle, WA ]: Trident Press, ND [ Circa 2000 ]. Facsimile edition. Hardcover. Quarto. x + 66 pp (+ viii pp of adverts). Glossy very dark navy papered boards with red lettering etc. to spine and front cover, b&w frontis. The famous grimoire of talismanic magic, the Lemegeton of Solomon. Crowley first published his edition of the book at Boleskine in 1904, under the title 'The Book of the Goetia of Solomon the King' in an edition of only 200 copies using translations which had been prepared by S. L. MacGregor Mathers, his former mentor in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. Though mainly unidentified this edition was published by the Trident Press of Seattle in a Print-on-demand format and is likely a copy of the Magickal Childe facsimile edition published in 1989. Covers a little rubbed, corners lightly bumped else a tight clean VG+ copy (no dust jacket as issued). PLEASE NOTE - what looks like discoloration in the photographic is merely reflection from the glossy covers. Item #61936
