An odd work, comprising a series of essays and some poems, that show clear influence of Spiritualism, Theosophy, Astrology, Christian Science, etc. Some intriguing chapter titles: notably "The Lunar Sex Preverts(sic)." The last 50 pages of the work seem to be devoted to an esoteric examination of "The Book of Daniel." A little leaned. Spine a little leaned, inner endpaper hinges cracked, so boards a bit wobbly but still firmly attached. A couple of small ink annotations. A tight, about VG copy (no dust jacket). Item #62040
