Printed letterpress. Although no print run was stated, it was undoubtedly quite small. A curious work on "angelic magic." Originally published in Latin at Basle in 1575 as Arbatel de Magia Veterum, it was translated into English by Robert Turner and published in London in 1655. This edition reproduces Turner's translation , along with a new forward. One of the scarcer of the Heptangle publications. Page edges a bit browned, very very faint smoke odor, else a tight clean VG+ copy in near VG dust jacket. (Dust jacket is a bit rubbed, darkened & foxed, all edges and extremities a bit chafed and creased, original prices on front inner flap inked out and covered with strip of transparent tape, owner's small ink embellishment lower rear panel - see photos.
