Item #62240 Through the Gates of Death. Dion FORTUNE.

Through the Gates of Death.

London: Aquarian Press, 1957. Reprint. Hardcover. Octavo. 94pp. Pale grey cloth with gilt lettering to spine. First published in 1932, this is a reprint of Dion Fortune's study of death and dying, from the time and manner of death, the process and ritual of dying, to communication with the dead. As might be expected from Fortune, it offers an unusual perspective, being drawn from both psychological and esoteric theory. Very pale cloth has a few light marks, corners and spine ends bruised and rubbed, top edges foxed, otherwise a tight, bright and unmarked VG+ copy in VG dust jacket (Dust jacket a bit rubbed overall, all edges and extremities a little creased and rubbed with a few tiny chips, some browning to rear panel and inner flaps, not clipped).
