Small octavo. 232pp. Original yellow printed paper-covered boards, with plain black cloth backstrip, b&w illustrations. A translation in German of Crowley's "Eight Lectures on Yoga." The text is widely regarded as one of Crowley's best works, and is certainly one of the wittiest and most insightful studies of the subject ever written by a Westerner. Although Crowley gave the work a number in his Equinox series (Volume III., Number Four) it is effectively an independent monograph, and is complete in itself. This is a GERMAN language edition published by Hermann Metzger of the Swiss O.T.O. From the library of English bibliophile and Aleister Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper with his ex-libris book-label tipped in at the rear.
