It is in 3 sections: a short biography, the Order of Service, and a Memorial Address by Rev. G. Freeman Irwin. With the stamp of Quatuor Coronati Lodge (the well-known London Masonic Lodge devoted to Masonic research) on the upper wrapper (no other markings). A near fine copy of an unusual publication.
