As the title suggests, an essay on the objects and aims of the Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia (S.R.I.A.). A booklet published as one of the transactions of the Metropolitan College of that Society. Six years after writing this the author, Col. Frank Martin Rickard, succeeded William John Songhurst as the Supreme Magus of the S.R.I.A. With the stamp of Quatuor Coronati Lodge (the well-known London Masonic Lodge devoted to Masonic research) on the upper wrapper (no other markings). A near fine copy of an unusual publication.
