Codd (1876 - 1971) English Theosophist who was known for her work as a feminist, lecturer, teacher, and Theosophical writer who also served as General Secretary of both the Australian and South African Sections of the Theosophical Society based in Adyar, Chennai, India. She authored a number of practical texts on Theosophy that are still used today. Very light rubbing and creasing to edges - owner's name and date, pages a bit browned and lightly creased.
