A new translation of this work - generally ascribed to the Dominican scholar, theologian and natural scientist, Albertus Magnus (ca. 1200- 1280) - which provides an excellent overview of alchemical thought in early mediaeval times. Light chafing to spine ends, top edge darkened and dusty, paper a bit toned, NYC Weiser bookshop sticker on front pastedown. Overall a tight, unmarked VG+ copy in G dust jacket (dust jacket heavily browned at spine and adjacent edges of panels, light chafing and chipping to all edges and extremities, not clipped).
