Translated from the Hamburg Edition of 1676 and edited with a Biographical Preface. Save for a new title-page, this is effectively a facsimile of Waite's edition of 1893. Edward Kelly (1555-1595) is more widely remembered for his role as John Dee's 'skryer' than as an alchemist, and there is some uncertainty as to whether he actually authored the works here attributed to him. Spine a bit darkened, spine ends bruised and chafed, page edges darkened with some foxing to top edge, bookplate on front pastedown - else a tight unmarked VG+ copy in VG dust jacket (Dust jacket very lightly chafed at edges, not clipped).
