The first US edition of this scarce study of Renaissance Hermeticist Giordano Bruno (1583-1600), which includes a translation of "De l'infinito Universo et Mondi". Some light uneven fading to cloth, light bruising to spine ends and corners. Page edges darkened and slightly foxed and browned, pages toned - more so at margins, unmarked. Overall a tidy and clean VG+ copy in VG- dust jacket (Dust jacket is darkened at spine and outer edges of panels, all edges chafed and lightly chipped, short tears at upper corner of both panels, rear panel discoloured and foxed, price clipped.
