A pioneering collection of Basque folk-tales, translated into English. Rubbing and flecking to cloth, all edges and extremities lightly chafed, spine ends & corners bumped and well rubbed, contemporary owner's details on first blank, pages toned, first and last leaves somewhat heavily foxed with lighter scattered foxing throughout, a very small amount of scattered pen underlining, a few creased corners and marks from handling.
