Blue marbled paper boards with black lettering to cover and spine, b&w plates. Contents: a b&w reproduction of a portrait of Roerich by Svatoslav Roerichbiography), a five page appreciation of Roerich by the publishers, 63 b&w reproductions of works by Roerich, and nine pages comprising a list of collections with paintings by the artist; a history and prospectus of the Master Institute of United Arts established in New York City in 1921 and of the Corona Mundi International Art Center founded in 1922, and an advert for Roerich Museum, NYC - founded in 1923. Boards a bit rubbed, spine ends chafed with a bit of light chipping at both ends, chafing to corners, pages lightly toned but internally clean and unmarked. Overall a tight, clean VG example of this usual volume. Item #64060
