The publisher notes on the copyright page: "This edition is published privately for Thelemites and other friends" and thus the distribution is likely to have been very limited. Comprises a two page Introduction by Kelly and a selection of essays by Crowley that were published in the magazine "The Fatherland" during the First World War. The essays are: "A Great Irish Poet's Endorsement of the Fatherland"; "The Future of the Submarine"; "Skeletons in the Cabinet"; "Behind the Front" Parts I & II; "Lifting the Mask from England"; "Delenda Est Britannia" and "England's Blind Spot" (the latter from "Viereck's - The American Weekly" the magazine which succeed "The Fatherland." From the collection of Clive Harper with his discrete book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications.
