Blue covers with white lettering on upper cover, b&w illustrations, appendices and bibliography. This copy includes an audio CD [for Windows], in special envelope affixed inside rear cover. Copy No. 1 of only 20 of this "Autographed Test copy" (presumably meaning "review copy") - with a hand written note to that effect by the author on the title page. Mollick has also signed and dated this copy on the title page, and added an ink-stamped A.'. A.'. seal, and "corrected/revised" the text by hand on a number of pages throughout the book. According to information within the volume Anthony Mollick is a student in the A.'. A.'. and was under the tutelage of the late Frater Antemos: James Lee Music (1937 - 2007). This copy from the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications.
