It was pioneered by the Austrian physician Dr. Friedrich Feerhow and more recently the Swiss statistician K. E. Krafft. The author of the present work, Reinhold Ebertin (1901 - 1988) was a German school teacher, publisher and astrologer, and one of the major exponents of Cosmobiology in the twentieth century.
