Half leather (maroon goat skin) over heavy grey embossed paper boards. End papers are hand-made crimson paper marbled in silver, gold, and black ink. The "High Priest" edition limited to 10 numbered and signed copies, of which this is copy no. 5. According to the publisher the text is the same as that of the standard edition, but in a larger format intended for easy reading during ritual and it is half rather than quarter leather. Inside text block is ivory paper and black ink, red images and highlights. Hand bound, signed, and numbered by the author, John J. Coughlin during the waning phase of the moon, and with a signed and sealed document from the publisher loosely inserted. According to the publisher "Liber Yog-Sothoth" was originally released for private distribution in 2004 as a gift to those who were involved in the working, and then expanded and made available to the public in two limited editions - this edition, limited to 10 copies only, and a standard edition of 100 copies. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications.
