The First Tome of the Book of Arbatel of Magick called Isagoge, [Alternative title:] Henry Cornelius Agrippa, His Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy. Arbatel of Magick.

Seattle, Washington: Catweasel Productions, ND [ circa 1980 ]. First Softcover Edition. Softcover. Small format. 3.5 x 5.25 inches. (viii) + 42pp. + (vi - blanks). Beige card covers illustrated and lettered in black. A reduced format facsimile of "The First Tome of the Book of Arbatel of Magick called Isagoge" reproduced (in full) from Robert Turner's 1655 first English edition of Agrippa's "Fourth Book of Occult Philosophy" (The "Arbatel" was the final of the six "books" that made up the volume). This edition apparently produced by Jon Symon of Acorn Grimoire Makers and released under the Catweasel Productions (Seattle) imprint. Although undated it was published in the early 1980s. An extremely unusual edition. Typically the Catweasel Productions print runs were tiny, and it is said that only about 50 copies of this edition were printed and distributed. A tight, clean Fine copy. Scarce. Item #66477
