Small octavo (6.34 x 4.75 inches) (ii) 50 + (68) pp (+viii blanks) Original bright red wrappers with "THE BOOK / OF THE LAW" lettered in gilt across the front cover, and "THE BOOK OF THE LAW" similarly lettered down the spine. A reprint of the "Samuel Weiser" edition of "The Book of the Law" which was first published in 1976. The introduction and text have been photo-offset from the 1938 English edition, but incorporate corrections made by the O.T.O. especially for the 1976 publication. The text of "The Book of the Law ," and the "Tunis Comment" are all drawn from the 1938 edition, although the advertisements are omitted and instead replaced with a facsimile of the original manuscript (Liber XXXI). Light crease to upper rear corner and a faint mark to lower edge - else appears unread - thus a tight, clean VG+ copy. Item #66545
