The Qingjing Jing of Ge Xuan "The Classic of Purity". A Poetic Paraphrase by Aleister Crowley based on the translation of James Legge.

USA: Chroniker Press, 2011. First Edition. Softcover. Octavo. Approx. 50pp. (not paginated), b&w frontis and illustrations. Comprises a typeset Introduction, followed by the text of Crowley's version of the "Khing Kang King" reproduced in large, presumably-deliberately rather child-like script. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. A bright copy - appears "as new" thus a tight, clean Fine copy. Unusual. Item #66606
