General Resurrection, Charge of the McMurtry Brigade.

Munich, Germany: Dunkles Zeichen Bucht, (1996 - actually 2006). First Edition Thus. Softcover. Quarto. (12 x 8.5 inches). Eccentrically paginated [ 62pp ], b&w illustrations. Original black metal spiral binding, heavy black transparent plastic cover sheets over pale blue card wrappers which are illustrated and lettered in black on upper cover, and lettered in black on rear cover. The volume comprises a selection of facsimiles of letters and documents by Crowley, most of which were written to, or relate to Grady Louis McMurtry, the OTO succession, etc. along with some additional text. Although attributed to Dunkles Zeichen Bucht (?) and with the copyright year 1996 the series of which this is a part was actually the work of the "enfant terrible" of British Thelemic publishing Richard T. Cole, (author of "Thelema Revisited"; "A Postcard From Hell"; "Liber L. + vel Bogus" etc.) and published in 2006. From the library of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well-known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. Pages appear to be printed with a high-quality xerox process. A bright, clean copy in near Fine condition. Obviously uncommon. Item #66628
