Magick / Liber ABA and Mysterium Coniunctionis. A Comparison of the Writings of Aleister Crowley and C. G. Jung.

Ottawa Canada: NP, 1999 (2004). Softcover. Quarto. (12 x 8.5 inches). Eccentrically paginated: [66pp]. White comb bound, clear mylar cover sheet over white printed title page, heavy white rear cover, bibliography.Appears to be a dissertation written in 1999 and down-loaded from the internet in 2004 and neatly printed and bound in office-type plastic covers. The title is self-explanatory: the author examines and compare "Liber ABA" - in which Crowley described theories on magic and spiritual advancement, and "Mysterium Coniunctionis" in which Jung explored the alchemical and tradition as a method of human development. From the library of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well-known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. A bit of light wear but still a clean VG+ copy. Unusual. Item #66691
