Six gold sheets staple bound at upper left corner to make 12 printed pages. Printed and illustrated in black. A single issue of this scarce periodical. The author, Frater Keallach 93/676 -AKA G. M. Kelly - (b. 1951) is a Pittsburgh based Thelemic firebrand who began writing and publishing "The Newaeon Newsletter" in 1977 and whose "Sword of Horus" essays (one of which is included in this issue) have ruffled many feathers over the years. Contents of this issue: Editorial, List of books for sale; "Liber Praedictum de Legis, Pt. II"; "Sword of Horus, Ille Ferrum de Horus"; and "Liber CXXXVIII sub Figura CCVII".
