Men Among Mankind.

Amherst WI: Amherst Press, 1963. Reprint. Hardcover. Small quarto. 208pp. Beige textured boards lettered in gilt on spine, b/w illustrations, reference notes, bibliography and index. William Francis Brinsley Le Poer Trench (1911 – 1995) was a prominent ufologist who edited Flying Saucer Review from 1956 - 1959, founded the International Unidentified Object Observer Corps and Contact International, and was also the vice-president of the British UFO Research Association (BUFORA). From the publisher: “What happened to mankind after the Atlantean civilization was lost? How did humanity react after nature went mad? Where did the seeds of human culture survive? When did the world begin to recover from the effects of catastrophe? Who initiated the process of rehabilitation? Has knowledge of the source of world progress been suppressed and withheld from maturing mankind".
