Quakertown, PA: The Humanitarian Society, ND ( Copyright 1961 ). Second, Enlarged. Softcover. Octavo. 48pp. Original orange printed stapled wrappers. A strange racist diatribe, attacking race-mixing, Islam, the United Nations, modern educational methods, etc. etc. Oddly there are a couple of pages on, and several passing references too, Aleister Crowley, who is declared "The first self-proclaimed apostle of the Great Deception," and is blamed for introducing "a doctrine that is now destroying the morality and Spirituality of the people of America." Bizarrely, the author asserts that Crowley's doctrine "can be compared with, or may be the foundation underlying 'Progressive' Education and modern Mental Health Indoctrination." From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. Covers a bit rubbed and darkened overall, a few light spots from handling, price on front cover blacked out, internally bright and unmarked, bookshop label covering publisher's information on title page, light bump to upper corner. Overall a tight, unmarked VG copy. Scarce. Item #67088
