Quarto ( 8.5 x 11 inches), (i-iv) 1 - (164pp) + (ii)pp. Flexible clear plastic front cover over printed paper cover sheet, dark blue plastic rear cover, secured together with a blue plastic back strip. Hand-colored endsheets. An edition produced in collaboration with the (then) "Caliphate O.T.O." which comprises a facsimile reprint of the first publication of "The Vision and the Voice" to include Crowley's elaborate commentary on this important Enochian working. It was originally published by Crowley's successor Karl J. Germer in 1952, under the title "The Vision and The Voice. Liber XXX Aerum Sub Figura CCCCXVIII Being of the Angels of the 30 Aethyrs" and has a pseudonymous Introduction by Crowley's former Secretary and student, Israel Regardie. The verso of the title page has a series of quotes from the Grady McMurtry versus Marcelo Motta court case of 1985, whilst the final leaf has a statement about the O.T.O. on the recto and advertisements for Stellar Visions publications on the verso. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. Light shelf wear and a bit of darkening to cover edges, lower half of back strip missing but binding still holding well. Overall a clean G+. Scarce. Item #67107
