Publication dates ranging from 1981 - 2003, NOTE please that this is NOT a consecutive run or a complete set (the first issue present is Vol I, No. 8, August 1981 ev, and the most recent New Series No. 5, Fall-Winter 2002-2003 ev). The pagination of the individual issues varies but issues average about 8 pages. The early issues are double sided single printed sheets, stapled down the left margins, reproduced from a typescript. The later issues are properly typeset and laid out, printed on large sheets folded to give four 11" x 8.5" pages. "The Magickal Link" followed on from the "O.T.O. Newletter" as the house journal of the Ordo Templi Orientis. As well as news relating to the O.T.O. the journal includes essays, poetry, reproductions of Crowley material (including letters and various short pieces not published elsewhere), advertisements, etc. The sequence of Volumes / Numbers is somewhat complex, but is seems that there was a total of 115 numbers issued, although as noted only 51 are present here. From the library of English bibliophile and Aleister Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper (1942-2011). A number of copies have an address label on the rear cover made out to him, and his book-label is tipped in at the rear of the binder. Cheap production values, and some minor wear and tear, a bit of light browning to the earliest issues. Overall clean, VG+ condition. A very large heavy group that will require additional shipping to all destinations. Item #67191
