(1946). The plate is made of thin metal (steel?) 5 3/8 x 4 3/16 inches, mounted on a 7/8 of an inch thick wooden block, that overlaps the metal by about an 8th of an inch on each edge. The central feature of the plate is a portrait of Crowley by Frieda Lady Harris, "artist-executant" of the Thoth tarot deck, with text on all four sides. The plate / design was printed on the front panel of the dust jacket of the last book by Crowley to be published during his lifetime, "Olla, An Anthology." Please note that the copy of "Olla" in one of the photographs is simply shown for display purposes and is not included with the block: it is being sold separately. Depending on the angle at which it is held, the engraving on the plate varies from not-very-visible to reasonably clear. Although not intended for the purpose the plate makes an interesting display piece. A couple of light scratches and marks to the surface, but over all VG condition. Item #67658
