Item #67700 Liber NU: Sub Figura XI. Aleister CROWLEY.

Liber NU: Sub Figura XI.

Berkeley / San Francisco: O.T.O / Stellar Visions, 1986. Reprint. Softcover. Octavo. 12pp. Grey stapled wrappers printed in black, multi-coloured end-pages. A work referred to by Crowley as 'An instruction for obtaining Nuit' first published in The Equinox, Vol. I No.7. Its republication thus was part of the massive effort which Ebony Anpu and Lotte Lieb undertook in the 1980s to make basic Crowley texts available - a large number of which were then out-of-print. The booklets were advertised at the time as having "beautiful hand colored endpapers," but irrespective of one's thoughts on these the other production values are rather basic. From the collection of Clive Harper with his discreet book-label neatly tipped in at the rear. Harper is well- known as the bibliographer of Austin Osman Spare, for updating the Aleister Crowley bibliography in the 2011 Teitan Press collection of Gerald Yorke's writings, and as someone who has lent his expertise to numerous other publications. Slight darkening to spine, otherwise a clean VG+ copy. Item #67700
