Laguna Beach, CA [ Boston ]: Thelema Media [ OTO ], 2004. The Centennial Edition, Deluxe edition. Hardcover. Squarish octavo (7.25 x 5.75 inches). 160 pp. Gilt embellished full red leather, red ribbon bookmark, color plates, red and black print, marbled endpapers. All page edges gilt. Additionally SIGNED on the same page in red ink by KENNETH ANGER who also signs with his magical name "Frater Focus", and by British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET whose OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE is in black on the same page. The deluxe edition of this volume which marking the centernary of the reception of "The Book of the Law" and thus celebrating the Centennial of the New Aeon, the Age of Horus. This deluxe edition was supposed to be limited to 418 copies, but due to production difficulties far fewer were actually produced than had been intended, with those distributed exclusively to OTO members and close associates. It is consequently very scarce. There is some bleeding from the gilt of the fore-edge onto the extremes of the margins of about 20 pages of the facsimile section - in most cases this is very minor but in about half-a-dozen it is more obvious (the worst of the pages are shown in the accompanying photographs). Occasional tiny flecks of gold to the pages (again from the edge tinting), otherwise VG+ condition. The flimsy white card slipcase has some chafing and small tears to the edges as common. A superb association copy of a rare deluxe issue. Item #68361
