An attractive reprint of the Castle edition of Crowley's "Magick in Theory and Practice" (Book Four, Part III). This copy from the library of British artist, writer and musician DAVID TIBET (founder of the music group Current 93) with his OWNERSHIP SIGNATURE on the first blank. The original Castle printing - circa 1960 - was the First US edition of this work, which is generally described as The Beast's magnum opus. It appears to have been reprinted as a directl (reduced size) facsimile of the 1929 Paris edition. Light bruising to upper spine, a few faint spots of foxing to endpapers else a tight, unmarked near Fine copy in very lightly rubbed mylar protected dust jacket. Item #68367
